ProjectHub Poker and Retro: a real BE-FE slice where the schema holds up real time

Real-time collaboration is a schema problem, not a WebSocket problem. I document the ProjectHub Poker/Retro vertical (V184/V185) as a real end-to-end slice: eleven Postgres tables, a one-directional phase FSM, STOMP broadcast, server-side anonymity, and a dot-voting budget, with the trade-offs declared at every fork. No code changes.
