Terms of Sale

1. Scope of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to every digital product purchased through the federicocalo.dev shop (ebooks, checklists/cheatsheets, boilerplates, PRO Edition of open source templates). Every product has its own sales page with description, included content and price expressed in Euro (VAT included where applicable).

For the PRO Edition of an open source template: the underlying repository stays public and MIT-licensed. The purchase does not change the open source code's licence and does not limit the free use already granted - you are buying an additional layer (adoption guide, extra modules, commented ADRs, walkthrough).

2. Seller

The seller's identifying fiscal and banking details are not published on this page. They are provided in the payment receipt generated by Stripe at the time of purchase and, on request, at the email address above.

3. Delivery

Digital products are delivered through immediate access from the "My Purchases" area of the account, right after Stripe confirms the payment. No postal shipping or physical support is provided.

Future updates to the purchased product are included for life: the latest version always stays available to re-download from the same area, at no extra cost.

4. Waiver of the Right of Withdrawal (Art. 59 Consumer Code)

Before completing the purchase, you are asked to explicitly check a confirmation box accepting that immediate download access means waiving the 14-day right of withdrawal otherwise granted for distance purchases. Without this explicit confirmation the payment button stays disabled: the waiver is never implicit.

This waiver concerns only the statutory right of withdrawal. It does not remove the voluntary commercial guarantee described in our Refund Policy, which stays valid on top of it.

5. Receipt and Invoicing

Every purchase automatically generates a payment receipt sent by Stripe to the email address linked to the account, detailing the amount paid, the date and the payment method used. The seller's full fiscal details, if needed for invoicing purposes, are available by writing to info@federicocalo.dev.

6. Commercial Guarantee

On top of what these Terms provide, we offer a voluntary "satisfied or refunded" commercial guarantee within 14 days, at our discretion. See our Refund Policy for details on how to request it and on the distinction from the withdrawal waiver above.

7. Applicable Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the consumer's local court has jurisdiction, where applicable, under the Italian Consumer Code.
