Refund Policy

1. The Commercial Guarantee

Su ogni prodotto digitale acquistato su federicocalo.dev offriamo una garanzia commerciale volontaria: soddisfatto o rimborsato entro 14 giorni dall'acquisto, a nostra discrezione. Non è un diritto previsto dalla legge per questo tipo di prodotto (vedi la sezione 4 più sotto) - è una scelta commerciale che facciamo per comprare con fiducia.

"At our discretion" means we evaluate each request case by case (e.g. content already extensively used in full, repeated requests on the same account) before approving it, but the intent of this guarantee is to be generous, not to find excuses to refuse.

2. How to Request a Refund

Write to info@federicocalo.dev within 14 days of purchase, stating the product and the email used for the purchase. We reply within 30 days; in most cases much sooner.

The refund is processed manually on the same payment method used on Stripe at the time of purchase.

3. What Happens After a Refund

Once the refund is approved and processed, access to the product from "My Purchases" is revoked: the signed download is no longer available and the entry no longer appears among the account's active purchases.

4. Commercial Guarantee vs. Right of Withdrawal

• The withdrawal waiver is the legal instrument you explicitly accept at checkout (see the Terms of Sale) - without that confirmation the payment stays disabled.
• This guarantee is a commercial promise we make voluntarily, in addition to and independently from the waiver above.
