Suggerimenti
- Use the "To Watch" filter before selecting what to watch in the evening so you don't have to scroll through the entire list.
- Add genre when adding a movie: it will be useful later to mentally group similar movies in the list.
- If you use multiple devices, remember that the watchlist doesn't sync: manage it from the same browser to avoid adding movies elsewhere.
Domande frequenti
Where are my saved movies from my watchlist stored?
Data is stored exclusively in your browser's local storage on your device. No accounts, cloud syncing or server uploads: the list will not be accessible when changing browsers or devices.
What do the states "To see", "Seen" and "Wishlist" mean?
Watched" indicates a movie already watched. "Wishlist" is for movies you want to keep an eye on but haven't decided to watch soon. You can change the status at any time from the menu dropdown.
Are year and genre required when adding a movie?
No, only the title and genre are required. If you leave the genre blank, it will be automatically set to "Not specified"; the year remains blank until you fill it in.
Do I lose my watchlist if I clear the browser's history?
Be concise — keep similar length. Because the data is stored in localStorage, clearing browser navigation data (or using incognito mode) permanently deletes the saved list. There isn't an integrated export/backup feature available at this time.
Can I order movies by title or year?
Currently, the list shows films in order of addition (most recent at top) and you can only filter them by status, not reorder by title or year.
