Use "Next" to proceed and "Back" to correct a previous response. The progress bar at the top shows where you are on the 6-step wizard.
Maximum duration?
The last step the tool interrogates the backend with collected preferences and returns the top 5 movies with ratings, genres, duration, synopsis, and streaming platforms where they are available.
Minimum age of content?
From each result you can go to your watchlist to save it, or click "Start Wizard" again to redo the search with different preferences.

- If you have little time in the evening, set the maximum duration to "90 minutes or less" immediately to avoid finding out after that the recommended movie is too long.
- Try the wizard with different providers if initial results aren't available on your active subscriptions: changing streaming providers significantly alters the movies offered.

How are the 5 recommended films selected?
Backend filters a movie catalog based on wizard responses (group, mood, max duration, min age, excluded genres, available streaming providers) and returns the 5 most relevant titles by genre, rating, and availability on selected platforms.
What happens if the recommendation service doesn't respond?
In case of error or service unavailable, the tool will automatically show a selection of well-rated and known movies, so you can still get some ideas even if the recommendation service is temporarily offline.
Can I exclude multiple genres simultaneously?
Yes, at stop 5 you can select any number of genres you want from the available ones (horror, documentary, animation, musical, western): all highlighted in red genres are excluded from results. This step is optional, you can skip it by clicking directly to "Next".
What does it mean to select "All" among the streaming providers?
Selecting "All" at step 6 will not apply any filters to the streaming platform; the tool will consider films available on any service, rather than just those you've selected individually (e.g., only Netflix or only Prime Video).
Are my search data saved?
Preferences inserted in the wizard (group, mood, duration, genres, provider) are sent to the backend only for calculating individual search results and are not tied to an account: adding a movie to your watchlist is handled separately from the site's watchlist function.
