Come utilizzare

Esporta il CSV dal tuo CGM

Dal tuo dispositivo CGM (Levels, Veri o FreeStyle Libre) esporta i dati in formato CSV. In Levels: Account → Export Data. In FreeStyle LibreLink: Menu → Dati → Esporta.

Domande frequenti

What CSV formats are supported?

Levels Health (time, glucose), True CGM (timestamp, value) and Abbott FreeStyle Libre (device timestamp, historic glucose mg/dL). Format is automatically detected from the header.

Are my data being sent to the server?

No. All processing happens in the browser (pure JavaScript). The CSV file never leaves your device. No cookies, no storage, no uploads.

How is GMI calculated?

GMI (%) = 3.31 + 0.02392 × average glycemia (mg/dL). Bergenstall formula 2018 (Diabetes Care). Estimated HbA1c from CGM - not a substitute for clinical testing.

What is a Mage?

Mean Amplitude of Glycemic Excursions. Measures variability by calculating the mean amplitude of significant excursions (≥1 SD). MAGE > 140 mg/dL indicates high variability.

What timezone does the tool use for timestamps?

The tool reads timestamps as they appear in the CSV (device timezone) and uses them only for relative temporal ordering. Clinical metrics (TIR, MAGE, mean) are independent of absolute time zones.

Can this tool diagnose diabetes?

No. It's an educational tool for self-monitoring. Diabetes or pre-diabetes diagnosis requires clinical tests (HbA1c, fasting glucose, OGTT) and medical evaluation.
