The SDS sheet is processed in memory on Hetzner's infrastructure (NBG1, EU). It is never saved to file system, database or log. The AI is fully on-prem: no cloud transmission. Compliant with GDPR art.9 and REACH EU 2020/878.
Does the tool verify compliance with REACH/CLP of the substance?
No. This tool extracts information from the provided SDS sheet verbatim. It does not evaluate compliance with REACH/CLP regulations or replace verification by a qualified HSE expert.
Which sections of the SDS are being analyzed?
The AI motor focuses on the most relevant sections for safety: Section 2 (hazard identification, H-statement), Section 3 (composition, SVHC), Section 7 (handling and storage) and Section 8 (personal protection, P-statement). Also extracts information from all other 16 REACH sections present in the document.
Can analysis replace an HSE officer reading the SDS card?
