Are my messages saved?

No questions are processed in real-time and never stored on servers, databases, or logs. Privacy is ensured by the zero-retention architecture.

What does "grounded response" mean?

A response labeled "grounded" is supported by content from our knowledge base FAQ for the contact center. The AI doesn't invent answers: if it can't find relevant information, it will put you in touch with a human agent.

When will I be redirected to a human agent?

The chatbot redirects you to a human agent when the question doesn't find an adequate answer in the knowledge base (low confidence), ensuring quality response.

What happens if the AI system is unavailable?

In case of AI on-prem service outage, a panel with a CTA to contact support directly is displayed. Support is always available.

How is it used?
