- RSA is declared quarterly (DTR - Quarterly Declaration of Resources) on the CAF website. Forgetting to file the DTR results in payment suspension.
- RSA is a right. Don't be ashamed to claim it if you need it. About 1/3 of those entitled don't claim it (non-recourse).
- If you work and earn income, part of your employment income is not fully deducted: in the first few months of activity, you may receive both income and RSA (RSA activity, now part of the Prime Activity).
- RSA is not cumulative with AAH (Allocation aux Adultes Handicapes) or ASS (Allocation de Solidarité Spécifique).
