At the bottom of the results, you'll find a textual summary of the recommended path based on your answers. If AI is not available, results remain visible in deterministic mode anyway.
Suggerimenti
- Use specific queries (e.g. "Topic with embeddings and vector search" instead of "AI") to get more targeted results from both the Knowledge Base and external courses.
- If suggested practice tools seem generic, try reducing the hours/week available: the tool favors more concentrated paths when time declared is limited.

How are video suggestions generated?
Videos are retrieved from a personal knowledge base of approximately 6,000 indexed podcast episodes through semantic similarity search on the inserted query. Each result displays a relevance percentage score and its thematic cluster affiliation.
Are the suggested external courses really free?
Yes, the external courses proposed (e.g. Coursera in audit mode, fast.ai, MIT OpenCourseWare, CS50 Harvard, Karpathy Zero-to-Hero) are manually curated and selected because they can be accessed for free. The availability of third-party courses may change over time: always check on the provider's website.
What does the message "AI service not available" mean?
The tool uses an on-prem AI Ollama model to generate the learning plan summary. If the service doesn't respond, the search continues in deterministic mode (without AI summary) and notifies you with this message without blocking results.
What's the difference between "Blog Articles" and "Recommended Video KB"?
Video KB recommended come from the podcast knowledge base (~6000 episodes), while articles Blog are written content published on Federico Calò's blog. Both sections are ordered by similarity to your query and may be empty if no relevant material exists.
Do I need to register to use this tool?
No, the Course Recommender KB is completely free and does not require a login. Simply enter your query and desired filters to get immediate results.
