Are my medical records secure?
The report is processed in memory on the Hetzner infrastructure (NBG1, EU). It is never stored on file system, database or log. The text is however sent to OpenRouter for the analysis: prompts are not used to train the models, retention by the provider is not ruled out, and data may leave the European Union.
Does this medical tool provide diagnoses?
No. This tool is exclusively for extracting verbatim content. It does not formulate diagnoses, clinical opinions, or treatment recommendations. For medical interpretations, always consult a licensed physician.
What does "verbatim quote" mean?
Every extracted value is accompanied by the literal text of the report that supports it - not reworded or paraphrased. You can verify independently that the citation is present in your original document.
